Meet our 2024 kids

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Thor

    Buckling — Sold

From Mountain Meadow Farm Fidget and Caney Fork Pygoras Sirius Lee Black. He will likely have type B fleece following suite from both of his parents in brown or gray.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Jane

    Doeling - Sold

Twin to Thor, Jane is out of Mountain Meadow Farm Fidget and Caney Fork Pygoras Sirius Lee Black. She is a large doeling and promises type B brown or gray fleece. She and her brother may be the friendliest kids on the farm this year.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Mable

    Doeling — On Hold

This is our first and only offspring out of Caney Fork Pygoras Carlos Jackson and Quail Hollow Farm Pebbles. She is wavering between dark brown or black agouti with frosted ears.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Abigail

    Doeling — Sold

Abigail is out of Caney Fork Pygoras Carlos Jackson and Greystone Traveling Gypsy. The same pairing has previously produced two PBA Grand Champions.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Ding Dong

    Wether — Sold

Caney Fork Pygoras Carlos Jackson and Quail Hollow Farm HoHo produced this buckling and a twin doeling. He is a dark chocolate brown and one of the sweetest kids on the farm this year.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Honey Bun

    Doeling — Sold

Ding Dong’s sister Honey Bun (yes, it’s a hostess theme) is a petite chocolate brown doeling out of CFP Carlos Jackson and QHF HoHo. We expect caramel Type B fleece.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Parker

    Buckling — Sold

CFP Mary Jane, who won Grand Champion at Shenandoah Fiber Fair in 2023, and The Oaks Grover, who has two Grand Champion wins to his name, had beautiful black twins. We expect gray Type B fleece and they have stellar conformation.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Stacey

    Doeling — $575

You can certainly see the resemblance between these two twins out of CFP Mary Jane and The Oaks Grover. We expect this doeling to have great show potential and gray Type B fleece. As noted about her brother, both parents are PBA Grand Champions.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Opal

    Doeling — Sold

Mountain Meadow Farm Pepper and Labor of Love Pygoras Emmauel, both PBA Grand Champions, produced twin doelings. Unfortunately, one was lost before birth for unknown reasons causing a difficult labor that resulted in a C section. But this gorgeous girl is thriving.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Clover

    Doeling — Retained

Our F2 buck Spinner’s Joy Chester and fleece champion Honeysuckle Haven Coco produced the first true caramel that we have had on our farm. We’ve been hoping for this color for years! Born on St. Patrick’s Day, we’ll be retaining Clover.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Savannah

    Doeling - $525

CFP Carolina and CFP Sirius Lee Black produced twins that thus far seem to cary the dark genes of both parents. Their parents have charcoal fleece with brown tips, so we’re hoping for lovely dark fleece from these two kids. I promise she is square. Just couldn’t ge her to hold still!

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Franklin

    Wether — Sold

Franklin promises dark fleece like his sister and is one of the friendliest kids this year. He has nice thick structure and promises Type B fleece.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras (No Name Yet)

    Doeling — Sold

This little doeling was the last one born so er photo is younger than the others. Out of The Oaks Grover and Little Hawk Farm Blue Bonnet she is a dark chocolate brown and has a silky soft baby coat. We’re expecting Type B leaning C caramel fleece like her mom.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Cappuccino

    Wether — Sold

Like his sister, LHF Blue Bonnet’s buckling is a solid chocolate brown, and he was the largest buckling born this year. Unlike his 5 pound sister this guy was almost 7 pounds at birth. He may prove to have nice buck potential. We expect caramel Type B fleece.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Bandit

    Wether — Sold

Out of Mountain Meadow Farm Violet and F2 buckling Spinner’s Joy Chester, this adorable brown caramel bucklng has nice potential for both ample fleece and square conformation. Violet has produced one other brown caramel offspring that ended up with silver gray fleece.

  • Caney Fork Pygoras Smokey

    Wether — Sold

This was a record year for black and brown babies at our farm. We had 13 in total. Despite four moms bred to white bucks, the closest we came to white this year was this little gray agouti buckling out of MMF Violet and Spinner’s Joy Chester.
